EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
 - no refunds/returns at this time. Please make sure to carefully read the product descriptions and measurements prior to purchasing. You can email us any questions or concerns at modupesvintagepalace@yahoo.com.

UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES
Please use the same format that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Be sure to include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you that are using the correct zip code and city. Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. 

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.

ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMEFRAME 
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. However, Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, orders may take an additional 4 to 5 business days to ship & began tracking via the carriers website. If there are tracking concerns once the order has been shipped, please contact the carrier. It is highly recommended that you wait after the 3-5 business daytime frame.

Vintage: Vintage means preowned and worn before. "Slightly distressed" items may have small pin sized holes, frayed edges etc. Anything with dramatic wear will be specified in the product description. Please don't purchase vintage if you want something in mint condition/brand new. Vintage sales are final with no returns or exchanges.
